Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- Must be in sellable condition
We do not accept returns on:
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as final sale or discounted
How to Request a Return
- Contact via email or WhatsApp.
- Ship the item to the address provided (unless return pickup is available).
- Once received and inspected, we'll initiate your refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 handling fee will be deducted at the time of refund per order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
Please place a new order and return the previous item if necessary.
Important Notes
- Products returned in damaged or used condition will not be accepted.
- Rejected returns can be shipped back at your cost.
- We are not liable for lost return shipments.
